What you should do to help us be successful
Plan Ahead
Leave yourself at least 48 hours to get your digitizing done. You never know exactly what may happen. We may need clearer artwork, or cant open your file. It is also common to need an edit to a file to get your customers approval. Also, always leave time to run a sewout on an old piece of fabric before sewing on your final garments.
Know The Limits
There are several limits to embroidery and digitizing. Knowing these helps set proper expectations with your customers.
Communicate With Us Frequently
Tell us exactly what you need. Have an existing sewout that we are trying to match? Please show it to us! Use our provided sewout scans to circle issues and send it back to us. The better you can communicate your needs, the quicker we can get you a great file to work with.
