But don’t just take our word for it – see what they have to say: Since meeting your reps at last years ISS show we have been using your services exclusively. Your turn around time is excellent for quotes. We have found that the faster we can give a quote to our customers the better our chances are in getting the order. We have discussed doing are own in house digitizing but keep shooting the idea down because Edigitize has been so reliable that we can't justify taking one of our 3 employees off production and sales to do it. With a small shop such as ours we feel that jobbing out our digitizing makes more sense. We consider your digitizing to be exceptional and as long as that continues we are happy to pay the price. Some may be cheaper but we have learned from our mistakes, you get what you pay for.
You guys are superb!! I've been able to expand my business to offer company logos to my customers. I'm a fairly new and small embroidery company and your service has been outstanding. I've had to have a logo tweaked only once and it was done in a timely and very pleasant manner. I really appreciate that. I'm so glad I found you and plan on using you a lot in the new year. I always appreciate the service I get and the quality of the design. Beginning new to the business and not being able to get some designs digitized I realize I would have to find someone to do that part of my business, I tried several companies and went with Edigitize, and so glad I did as I found they were easy to communicate with and very good at what they do.
