Your My Edigitize account offers you a bundle of features and benefits allowing you to be in control of every aspect of your orders.
Our innovative online account management system allows us to keep our prices low, our response times quick and our quality high.
How our order processing and quality control works:
1. Login to your account: Login Form
Manage your account and place orders from here.
2. Place digitizing or vectorizing order(s)
You can also easily request revisions.
3. Order goes through Pre-Production Quality Control
Orders are checked twice by our Administrator & Production Manager.
4. Your order is produced and checked again
Our artist digitizes/vectorizes your order and quality checks the file(s).
5. Order goes through Post-Production Quality Control
Checked again by our Supervisor, Production Manager & Administrator.
6. Download your file(s) and submit payment

Place orders and revisions requests:
- Order embroidery digitizing or artwork vectorizing from the same account
- Easily request files for different embroidered surfaces (chest, hat, etc.)
- Online order form asks for all the important information so we can process your order quickly
- Upload artwork on the order form - no emailing art files
- Email alerts confirm that we have received your order and tell you when your order is ready
(we also email you if we have any questions about your order) - View sewout scan or art proof
- Download your completed files

- 24/7/365 order management - submit, monitor and download orders anytime
